OH Logistics Hires Executive Vice President and General Counsel: Frank Eichler newest executive at rapidly expanding 3PL

BRENTWOOD, Tennessee - Ozburn-Hessey Logistics recently added Frank Eichler to the executive management team as executive vice president and general counsel. In this newly created role at OH Logistics, Eichler will be responsible for contract administration, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as well as analysis and counsel to the company on legal and policy issues. He will also be directly involved in acquisition activities.
"Frank's expertise will be especially helpful to our acquisitions and investment initiatives," said Scott McWilliams, CEO of OH Logistics. "He has a successful track record for guiding companies through major strategic changes."

Prior to joining OH Logistics, Eichler served as senior vice president and general counsel for Dex Media, Inc. in Englewood, Colorado where he was instrumental in taking the company public in July 2004 and selling the company to R.H. Donnelley in 2006. He also served as head of corporate development for Teletech and as general counsel for Media One Group in Englewood, Colorado. He directed these companies through multi-billion dollar acquisitions, mergers and divestitures.
Frank earned his bachelors, masters and JD degrees from the University of South Dakota.
