Winston-Salem, NC – The Alliance Division of Rock-Tenn Company, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics, LLC (OH Logistics) and Quality Packaging Specialists, Inc. announce the formation of Quality Packaging Specialists International, LLC, a new joint enterprise that will provide consumer packaged goods and retail customers with complete, turnkey solutions for merchandising displays, contract packaging, logistics and distribution services – all through a single source. The newly formed company, known as QPSI, is a certified, first-tier minority business enterprise (MBE).

QPSI merges the best-in-class core competencies of the three business partners. Alliance brings POP industry leadership with innovative merchandising design, project management, manufacturing and retail intelligence.
