Ozburn-Hessey Logistics Names Bob Spieth President, Contract Logistics

Brentwood, Tennessee—Ozburn-Hessey Logistics named company veteran Bob Spieth as President of Contract Logistics. Spieth has been with OH Logistics for 7 years, serving in various roles including CIO and Executive Vice President of Operations.
In this new role, Spieth will oversee the contract logistics business unit, which currently includes over 100 value added distribution centers throughout North America. Spieth is additionally responsible for two subsidiaries of the company - Material Handling Resources and Personnel Services, Inc. Prior to joining OH Logistics, Spieth worked in strategy and operations consulting with McKinsey & Company, and in logistics and computer assembly with Arrow Electronics. He has over 16 years experience in the logistics industry.

Spieth is active in the supply chain industry, serving as a speaker at various industry events hosted by eyefortransport and the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC). He holds an undergraduate degree in Physics from Princeton University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
