Ozburn-Hessey Logistics Hires Charlie Pinto as EVP, Human Resources

BRENTWOOD, Tennessee-Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OH Logistics) recently hired Charlie Pinto as EVP of Human Resources. This is a new position within the growing global supply chain management company.

Pinto was most recently employed as SVP, Human Resources by INFONXX, a large privately-held telecommunications outsourcer for information services. Prior to that, he held SVP and VP positions with companies including Caesars Entertainment, PPL Corporation, American Express, Sprint, Sprint International, and Avon Products, Inc.

“Charlie’s experience with large, international companies will be a tremendous asset to us as we continue to expand our international presence and as our company becomes more diverse and complex,” commented Scott McWilliams, CEO of OH Logistics. “One of our core strategic elements is our people. Pinto holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance from University of Delaware and is a candidate for a master’s degree. He holds a state of Delaware teacher’s certificate for secondary education and has taught courses at Muhlenberg College and De Sales University. Pinto is active in professional and community organizations including membership in the American Management Association, the Society for Human Resources Management, the American Society for Training/Development, and the Human Resources Planning Society. He has served on the Executive Committee for Lehigh Valley Business Conference on Healthcare, and is on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown and the Lehigh Valley Senior Center. He is also involved in the Southern Lehigh School District as a volunteer coach and as a member of the Booster Clubs and Athletic Association.
