“Globalization is causing fundamental changes in supply chain and logistics management,” said Felecia Stratton, Editor, Inbound Logistics. “Business logistics professionals going global would face enormous difficulties without the world-class logistics solutions offered by companies like OH Logistics. Each year, Inbound Logistics editors select the best logistics solutions providers by carefully evaluating submitted information, and comparing it to the burgeoning global supply and logistics challenges of our readers. It is a daunting task to match the capabilities of leading 3PLs with the complex logistics and supply chain needs of Inbound Logistics readers, and this year we are proud to recognize OH Logistics as one of Inbound Logistics' Top 100 3PLs.”
The company has won Top 100 recognition from Inbound Logistics for eight consecutive years, from Global Logistics and Supply Chain Strategies for five consecutive years and the Quest for Quality Award from Logistics Management magazine for two consecutive years. The Quest for Quality surveys issued by Logistics Management magazine ask clients to evaluate their service providers on carrier selection/negotiation, order fulfillment, transportation/distribution, inventory management, and logistics information systems. OH Logistics’ overall weighted score in the Quest for Quality results was 36.18; the overall average weighted score for the winners was 34.85. The awards given by the publications are a result of tabulated surveys sent to their subscribers. The rankings for the Top 50 Global Logistics Providers are based on 2006 revenue figures provided by Armstrong & Associates Inc.
