The international services group consists of Barthco, BarthcoDart, and Activair, all divisions of OHL. Complemented by a network of strategic partners, OHL’ international team has both the global network and the local experience necessary to navigate the complex realm of global supply chains. 

OHL acquired Barthco International in July 2006. Barthco International, Inc (Barthco) is a successor to John H. Faunce Co., Inc., established in 1908 as a customs brokerage and freight forwarding firm. In 2007, OHL acquired key offices of Dart Express in SE Asia, China, and Amsterdam to further solidify its global network. Dart Express, established in 1970 is a well-respected freight forwarder headquartered in Hong Kong. In 2008, acquired UK based Activair PLC complementing the existing international services group allowing OHL to offer more comprehensive solutions.
